Closing date for entry:
You can join the game until the last Grand Prix.
But the earlier you join in, the more opportunities you have
to improve your 10 best results!
Who can take part?
Everybody who owns a valid E-Mail-Address, Employess of cb design
are allowed to play, but are not entitled to win a prize.
What does it cost to take part?
Participation is free! (Registration)
Latest handing in of bets before each GP:
In each case the bets must be entered by 5:00 pm (New York time) on the Thursday before the respective GP. No changes are possible after that.
(5:00 pm New York = 23:00 Zürich - Berlin - Wien)
Legal Conditions:
No purchase necessary. By participating, entrants agree to abide
by these Official Rules. No prize oder cash substitutes allowed.
Taxes on prizes are solely the responsibility of the winner.
The decisions of cb design are final and binding
in all matters relating to this game. In case of equal scores,
the winner will be decided by randomly drawing lots.
The free Championship game is governed by the law of Switzerland.
Except where legally prohibited, by accepting the prize, the winner(s)
grants permission for cb design and those acting under
its authority to use his/her name, photograph, voice and/or likeness
for advertising and/or publicity purposes without additional
compensation.
For all aspects of the game cb design is
not responsible for lost, interrupted or unavailable network, server
or other connections, miscommunications, failed phone or computer
hardware or software or telephone transmissions or other errors of
any kind, whether human, mechanical or electronic.
cb design reserves the right, in its sole discretion,
to cancel, terminate or suspend the game should virus, bugs, non-
authorized human intervention beyond the control of OPAG Online
Promotion AG corrupt or impair the administration, security,
fairness or proper play of the game.
cb design reserves the right at its sole discretion
to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process,
and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the game.
